The gates are open 6am-10pm, which is really convenient. There is a monthly insurance fee (like 10 dollars), which is annoying, but it ended up being the cheapest option anyway. It's close to UConn campus. However, it's really buggy! All of the units are connected to each other by what seems like a drainage route. It freaks me out that someone else could have food or something that's attracting bugs and it would bring them to my unit as well. But otherwise, not the worst.

The facility itself is top-rate. Safe and accessible. However, I want to single out Manager Vanna L. Colon for well-deserved praise. Ms. Colon just assisted me in renting a second storage unit. She was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. CubeSmart could not have a better personal representative for both its business and this particular location than Ms. Colon!
Too many hidden fees and taxes. Be more up front/honest what a customer actually pays and don't use low rates as a hook. Otherwise, the space is adequate
