My experience here was an easy 5/5 and here is why. My car broke down about two weeks ago, and as a full time student/employee I had to get a new one fast. While flipping through cargurus I found this beautiful Subaru Legacy that I was very interested in. I called the number and made an appointment with Tai to go test drive it. Everything went as planned and I fell in love with this car after one test drive. The car was a little out of my price range so I decided to apply for a bank loan. Tai was very understanding about the whole situation, and instead of pushing me into it; allowed me to take my time and even walked me through it. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process until my loan was ready. Tai and his crew got the car in top shape for me at a great price, and guided me through the registration process. Two weeks ago I would of never believed it could be so easy to buy a car I was so content with.
