When I got a call from Jesse Nye on a Sunday, the day after a snow storm, I couldn't help but be impressed by his dedication and professionalism. Jesse was upfront, but never pushy. When I arrived at the dealership, I felt comfortable and welcome, and knew I was in the right place. Jesse was down to earth, and certainly had a personality that was easy to find likable. I was also extremely impressed by Tania Coomey, who crunched the numbers to make the arrangement work for everybody. Both Jesse and Tania seemed as excited as I was to put me into my 2013 Accent. I felt they were truly invested in the entire process, to the point that, when I indicated that I wanted a manual transmission, they found the car, and options I wanted at another dealership, and it was delivered to their Columbia location. I have had the car for a week now, and absolutely love it. If the service department is as good as the experience I have had with the sales team, Wile will sell me my next vehicle. And the one after that. Outstanding experience from start to finish.
